Classic All-Star Games to air June 1-2

The Magnitude Sports Media Network will air the 2018 11-inning game, 2019 skills competition and game one of 2019 next week.

The 2020 SCHEELS Softball All-Star Series presented by TNT Concrete was set to be played on June 1 & 2, but has been canceled due to COVID-19. The Magnitude Sports Media Network was set to stream those games live, as well as the skills competition. Instead, they will re-stream old games in those time slots. 

June 1 at 6 PM

  • From June 4, 2018 at Mickelson Park in Fargo - East 2, West 1 (F/11)
    • Theresa Klinnert (Kindred-Richland / East) throw 8 innings of two hit ball and struck out 8 for the East
    • Shay Weber (Sheyenne / East) and Cassidy Kuntz (Grand Forks Central / East) both had two hits and Kuntz drove in the game-winning run
    • Amber Sickler (Dickinson / West), Mikka Haugeberg (Watford City / West and Marisa Andrysiak (Minot / West) combined to allow just 8 hits.
    • This will be a truncated/top highlights production (roughly 20 minutes).
  • From June 4, 2019 at Starion Bank Turf Field at the Sanford Athletic Complex in Bismarck - East 27, West 13 (Skills Competition)
    • Kamryn Kuntz (Dickinson / West) was the fastest runner at 11.39.
    • Kylie Washnieski (Sheyenne / East) won the infield throwing contest with 13 points.
    • Carrie Nistler (Thompson / East) won the outfield throwing contest with 11 points.
    • Emma Johnson (Sheyenne / East) won the modified home run derby with 31 points.

June 2 at 6 PM

  • From June 3, 2019 at Mickelson Park in Fargo - West 7, East 5
    • First win for the West All-Stars in five tries.
    • Kennedy Kuntz (Dickinson / West) hit a grand slam and totalled 5 RBI in the game.
    • Lexi Buhr (Central Cass / East) had 4 hits and Emma Johnson (Sheyenne / East) had 3 hits.
    • Kassidy Duttenhefner (Bismarck / West) earned a complete game victory just two days after being added to the roster.
