What do you like the most about the game of softball?
It takes so much more than just one person to finish on top.

What do you think is your greatest strength in the sport of softball?
Home runs and strikeouts. Unfortunately both from the plate, not the mound.

Any favorite moment when you used your bat to help your team win?
My first grand slam to beat Grafton on their home field.

Any favorite moment you used your defense or pitching to help your team win?
My first no hitter against Pembina County North my sophomore year.

What do you like the most about your head coach?
He never lets us get in our own heads. It’s always the “next play” mentality.

Who is your softball role model?
Gabbie Plain - University of Washington.

What is your favorite high school softball moment or game so far?
The craziest moment I’ve ever witnessed was in a tournament up in Greenbush, Minnesota. During the game, a car managed to drive through the fence and come onto the field during play. They backed the car off of the field and put the fence back up, or tried to, and we continued to play in a blizzard.

Are there any teams you look forward to playing next year? If so, why?
Central Cass. They are always very talented and classy.

What are your expectations for the upcoming season?
We will have some young players adapting to new positions, so things will be a little bit different than they were before but we are excited to get back to work!

Do you play on any summer and/or travel teams? If so, which one(s)?
Nope!

Do you have a favorite pre-game or post-game meal?
Post-game: cheeseburger fresh off the grill.

Do you have any softball superstitions?
My hair is always up in a bun, it’s not the same without it!

What is or would be your walk up song?
Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin.

Who is the funniest teammate you have?
Olivia Dick, our catcher! She never has to try!

What is the coolest thing about your town?
Thompson has the most supportive community!
