What do you like the most about the game of softball?
I like the atmosphere and the competitiveness the game of softball brings. The energy and bond that I have with my teammates makes the game so much better.

What do you think is your greatest strength in the sport of softball?
I think my greatest strength in softball is my ability to be a leader and staying composed under pressure.

Any favorite moment you used your bat to help your team win?
Although I cannot think of a certain moment, I think the batting of the whole team combined contributed to winning the games.

Any favorite moment you used your defense to help your team win?
At the 2019 state softball tournament I threw two girls out trying to steal second when the game was close.

What do you like the most about your head coach?
What I like most about my head coach is the love and passion he has for the game of softball. He spends a lot of his time and energy into teaching the team something new every day. He brings positive energy to every game and practice and believes in every single player.

Who is your softball role model?
My softball role model would have to be Madelyn Dinkle. She was a catcher for Bishop Ryan years ago. I looked up to her because she was an amazing catcher and knew how to take control on the field and block every ball behind the plate no matter what.

What is your favorite high school softball moment or game so far?
My favorite high school moments would be securing a spot at state for the years I have been playing and the celebration with my teammates and coaches.

Are there any teams you look forward to playing next year? If so, why?
I look forward to playing Des Lacs-Burlington/Lewis & Clark this year because it is always a good match-up and they have great players and competitors, so it will be a great and competitive game.

What are your expectations for the upcoming season?
My expectations for this season would be to play to the best of my ability every game, bring a positive attitude to my teammates and coaches, and win a lot of earned and competitive games.

Do you have a favorite pre-game or post-game meal?
Buttered noodles.

Do you have any softball superstitions?
I do not.

What is or would be your walk up song?
Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics.

Who is the funniest teammate you have?
The funniest teammate I have is Nina Shockley. She never has a bad attitude and always has a way to make me smile and laugh really hard.

What is the coolest thing about your town?
The coolest thing about my town is the family atmosphere and the support my family and friends give me that live here.
