What do you like the most about the game of softball?
I love how close and supportive our team is, and the game of softball itself.

What do you think is your greatest strength in the sport of softball?
I believe my greatest strength in this sport is playing infield and being my team's "hype man."

Any favorite moment you used your bat to help your team win?
I haven’t had the chance to have a winning batting moment, but I was a big help in my past seasons to make the first run scored.

Any favorite moment you used your defense to help your team win?
I have helped in many of my games to use my first baseman spot as an advantage. Double plays to finish an inning. From catching foul balls to catching the wild throws from my short stop.

What do you like the most about your head coach?
I like how my head coach could teach new techniques while being strict and goofy at times we need it.

Who is your softball role model?
My softball role model is my older sister. She played all throughout high school for the Dallas Longhorns.

What is your favorite high school softball moment or game so far?
My favorite softball moment so far was this past year play in game in Bismarck. Our whole team played as hard as we could and although we didn’t win, we were so close. We realized we did have it in us to compete harder the next season.

Are there any teams you look forward to playing next year? If so, why?
I don’t have a preference for a certain team I’m excited to play against. I go into each game with a strong mentality and the drive to compete my hardest.

What are your expectations for the upcoming season?
I expect this season to be the season where every other team is scared of us. We want and will bring competition to the plate.

Are you on any summer and/or travel teams? If so, which one(s)?
I played in a coed slow pitch tournament during the summer.

Do you have a favorite pre-game or post-game meal?
My whole team's post game meal would probably be our favorite local restaurant. A tradition for most of us to spend time together there after home games.

Do you have any softball superstitions?
I have a lot of superstitions in the game of softball. One is that if we aren’t in the mood and our dugout isn’t hyped we most likely won’t do good in the game. We always need to be happy and ready to play before every game to play good.

What is or would be your walk up song?
Thunderstruck

Who is the funniest teammate you have?
My whole team is so close to the point where we all are goofy with each other. We all have our moments to shine with our jokes.

What is the coolest thing about your town?
In my small town, after anyone’s home game, doesn’t matter the sport, you can usually find most of our athletic peers hanging out together afterwards at our local snack shop!
