What do you like the most about the game of softball?
I love the family aspect of the game. My softball teammates are my closest friends and we always have fun and support each other. I also love the feelings of pride and satisfaction you get when you win a close game, get the perfect out, or hit a great hit.

What do you think is your greatest strength in the sport of softball?
I think my greatest strength would be my positivity and drive. I always try to lift up my teammates when they are down and I always give 110% effort.

Any favorite moment you used your bat to help your team win?
My freshman year I hit the walk off hit to win the state championship game.

Any favorite moment you used your defense or pitching to help your team win?
Any time one of my frames causes the third out of the inning.

What is your favorite high school softball moment or game so far?
Her drive to win and that she always wants to make us the best player we can be.

Are there any teams you look forward to playing next year? If so, why?
Central Cass. We have always been rivals and we always play our best game against each other. It is always a fun game.

What are your expectations for the upcoming season?
I want our team to make it to state but more importantly to have a fun senior season and pass on the love of the game I have to the younger girls.

Are you on any travel teams? If so, which one(s)?
Yes, Red River Thunder.

Do you have a favorite pre-game or post-game meal?
Mark Bars. Theresa Klinnert’s dad made the BEST monster cookie bars that he would bring to every game.

Do you have any softball superstitions?
They change every season, but usually I have a ponytail that I have to wear for every game. My sophomore year I had won a toy sloth and I kept it in my bag the whole season because I thought it brought good luck.
